What would help you decide whether to explore?
A few practical answers before you bring your situation into the conversation.
What does “coherence” mean here?
It concerns whether important organizational connections fit together for their intended purpose. For example: what one group promises, what another needs, what support is assumed, and who can resolve an open question.
Is this a strategic planning or project-management tool?
The focus is understanding connections and choosing useful questions before and around decisions. It does not assign tasks, track individual performance or automatically rewrite your strategy.
Do we need a strategy document to begin?
No. You can explore the county example without an account or document upload. For a private engagement, the material you already have can be a starting point. Gaps can become questions to examine.
What do we get from the demo?
A fictional county situation, examples of important connections and a question path. You can download an eight-page Leadership Brief containing the map, a fictional assessment snapshot and the inquiry brief.
Will it give our organization a score?
The demo shows labeled response indicators, including reported alignment, potential gaps and missing visibility. It does not produce an overall county score. Reported perspectives and verified evidence remain different things.
What role does AI play?
The public county example is authored teaching content and does not call an AI provider. In the private platform, AI can assist extraction and propose interpretations. Sources, assumptions and human review remain essential; an AI suggestion is not a decision.
Who can see our information?
The public example uses fictional content. Optional demo reflections stay in the browser tab rather than being submitted to Symphonic. A private engagement requires agreed access, participation and information-handling arrangements before customer material is used.
Can we explore independently or work with a facilitator?
Yes. Start independently with the public example, or discuss facilitated inquiry with Symphonic. The appropriate support depends on the situation, the material available and who needs to participate.
What does it cost?
Private work is scoped around the organizational breadth, material to examine and level of facilitation. Talk with Symphonic about a useful starting point. The public example and sample briefs are available without a purchase.
Could this work outside county government?
The approach is designed for businesses, foundations and public organizations whose priorities depend on groups working together. The Examples page includes an interactive county demo and short business and foundation scenario previews. You can also discuss your own setting with Symphonic.
Can I share the example with colleagues?
Yes. Share the public demo link or download the fictional Leadership Brief. Do not include confidential organizational information in a public example link.
